1. I’m new to raw hair , what makes it different?

Raw hair is premium quality human hair. It blends beautifully, holds styles longer, and has incredible longevity with proper care.

Because it’s natural hair, it behaves just like your own meaning it may require moisture, conditioning, and occasional deep treatments. The good news? It offers the most natural look and styling versatility with minimal effort.

2. How do I care for my AMOUR MY HAIRR bundles?

Treat your bundles like your natural hair:

• Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner

• Deep condition regularly (especially for curly or wavy textures)

• Avoid heavy product buildup

• Always detangle from ends to roots

• Store properly when not in use

Proper maintenance will extend the life of your hair and keep it soft and full.

3. Do you recommend any specific products?

We suggest using lightweight, moisturizing products. Some customer favorites include:

Shampoo & Conditioner:

Garnier, TRESemmé, Pantene, Olaplex, Nexxus, Redken, L'oreal Elvive (sulfate-free collections preferred)

Styling Products:

CHI, BioSilk, KeraCare

Always avoid heavy or waxy products that may weigh the hair down.

4. Can I use Silicone Mix on raw hair?

We do not recommend using Silicone Mix on raw hair. It can cause dryness, buildup, brittleness, and excessive shedding over time. Stick to moisturizing, sulfate-free products for best results.

5. How long does the hair last?

With proper care, AMOUR MY HAIRR bundles can last 2–3 years or even longer. Longevity depends on how often the hair is worn, styled with heat, and maintained.

6. Can I color or bleach the hair?

Yes! Our luxury hair collection can be colored and lifted. However, we strongly recommend having a professional colorist handle any chemical processing to maintain the integrity of the hair.

Note: This doesn't apply to our HAUTE ON A BUDGET hair extensions.

7. Does the hair shed?

Minimal shedding is normal, especially after cutting the wefts. To reduce shedding:

• Seal your wefts before installation

• Avoid cutting tracks when possible

• Keep hair moisturized and detangled

8. Can I straighten or curl the hair?

Absolutely. Our hair holds curls beautifully and straightens smoothly. Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat to preserve the hair’s quality.

9. How many bundles do I need?

• 12”–16”: 2–3 bundles

• 18”–24”: 3 bundles

• 26” and longer: 4+ bundles

If you’re installing with a frontal, you may need one less bundle.

10. What should I expect when wearing lace for the first time?

Lace closures and frontals are beautiful protective options that allow you to give your natural hair (especially your leave-out) a break.

For the most seamless and natural look, we recommend:

• Lightly bleaching the knots

• Customizing and plucking the hairline

• Tinting the lace to match your skin tone

If you’re new to lace, professional installation is always a great option for your first time to ensure the perfect melt.
