Refund policy

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • All orders are shipped via PostNL.

  • Items that are in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • To confirm if the item you wish to order is in stock, please contact us. If the item is out of stock, please allow 7-12 business days for your order to be delivered.

  • Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a Track and Trace code via email.

Important Notice:
We are not responsible for your package once it has been shipped. This means we are not liable for any delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the shipping company. Your package will be covered by insurance; in the event of any issues, please contact the shipping company’s customer service team to file a claim. Should you have any questions or concerns, you are always welcome to reach out to us.


RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY:

Due to the nature of our product and federal health regulations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, we do offer a 7-day exchange policy in case there has been an error on our part. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Please do not comb, brush, or wash the hair.

  • You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
We do not accept returns on sale items.

IMPORTANT: Before returning any items, please contact us at amourmyhair@outlook.com. Returns are at your own expense.

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm its receipt.
